You can access the conference overview in the left menu via “Scheduled conferences”.
The conference overview shows you all the conferences you have scheduled.
In the search field you can enter the topic of the conference you are looking for. You also have the option of restricting the period for your overview. Please use the filter function in the header.
When you select one of your conferences, the following functions are available:
– Edit Conference
– Copying a Conference as a Template for Another Appointment
– Starting Conference Control for the Room Assigned to the Conference
– Deleting a conference
